AhlulBayt News Agency: The Friday prayer leader of Divandarreh, in Iran’s Kurdistan province called Islamic unity as a pillar of the holy religion and the way to fight the world arrogant powers highlighting Hajj as an opportunity for Muslims to bring their hearts closer to each other.
Mamusta Amjad Ghazaei, in his Friday sermon on June 6th, congratulated the world of Islam on the occasion of Eid al-Adha emphasizing the importance of piety and unity among Muslims He noted that every single rite during Hajj pilgrimage has a lesson for the pilgrims stressing that the ritual of sacrificing stands for unconditional obedience of the God Almighty.
The Iranian cleric reiterated importance of solidarity among Muslims warning against division as the reason for weakness and ultimate failure of Muslims.
The senior cleric made the remarks concurrent with Eid al-Adha when Muslims across the globe celebrate the major Islamic festivity.
The occasion hails the total obedience of Prophet Abraham who went to sacrifice his only son Ismail at the order of God before a ram was sent by the Almighty to be sacrificed instead of the young son.
